Question 1: how to inoculate the spawn is it using grain spawn or water based

Our inoculation machine use grain spawn.

Question 2: can i inoculate the spawn on unsterilized sawdust substrate?

you can can inoculate the spawn on unsterilized sawdust substrate.

The formulate mixing is: Sawdust (preferably from broadleaf tree)78%, rice bran (or wheat bran) 20%, white sugar 1%, gypsum 1%. 

First mix sawdust, rice bran, gypsum powder, then add sugar water, adjust the moisture content to about 60%.
